Okay, is it just me or does this read like “This news article sponsored by Wal-Mart!”?

Why is Wal-Mart even in the headline? Am I to believe that Wal-Mart was somehow involved in this woman’s death 75 years ago? I mean, I knew Sam Walton was old, but not that old…

Yeah, true....It does seem like an unnecessary piece of info. Chalk it up to poor writing/reporting. I see misspellings on CNN all the time!

I guess they didn't want the headline to read "Teenaged boys just out farting around find skull". Really... I mean "Walmart" adds so much more to the headline than "farting around" does.

Eh, I can see why they did it that way. It lends an everyday tone: they weren't doing anything special when they found the skull, they weren't going on an expedition to dig up indian burial grounds or anything - they were just walking to Walmart.
